Accessibility statement
KSLIA’s website should be professional, modern, clean, accessible and confident. The prototype applies accessibility throughout the information architecture, content, visual design and interaction patterns.
Automated tools can help identify issues, but the launch process should include manual keyboard testing, screen-reader checks, zoom and reflow testing, mobile testing, content review and testing with people with disabilities.
Use the standard as a measurable baseline, then add KSL-specific and Deaf-user usability requirements that are central to KSLIA’s audience.
